Nathalie Muller

“I started working at Ringette Canada in 2008 as the Technical Director. I am the only staff without a ringette playing background, but after working for individual sports for many years, I was thrilled to be able to work at the national level of a team sport, since a team sport: volleyball, is my personal background. I am now in my 9th year and continue to enjoy working in this sport. The relationships I’ve built are one of the reasons that keeps me involved and motivated to continue to work to improve this sport overall. The people I get to work with from the provincial staff, to the volunteers are passionate for the sport, which is contagious. In ringette, the sense of teamwork is a real part of the culture of the sport, which is something very important to me and how I am able to feel successful and valued in my role. When involved in conferences, or other gatherings with my national sport organization (NSO) colleagues, I’m always proud to represent ringette, because the sport is considered innovative, professional and sets a high level of excellence in what we do.” – Nathalie Muller (Ottawa, Ontario)
