Samantha Belle

“My name is Samantha Belle and I am lucky to be one of the Ringette Canada mascots. I get to travel all over Canada and meet lots of ringette players, fans, coaches and officials. I attend events like the Canadian Ringette Championships and I also visit local associations when they are hosting events and celebrations. I like it when I get to watch some amazing ringette games. Those girls sure do skate fast! My favorite part of being a mascot for the greatest sport in the world is seeing the smiles on everyone’s faces. I just love it when the younger ringette players come up to me and tell me why they love ringette and who their favorite ringette player is. When they give me a hug or a high five, it makes my day. I also love getting my picture taken with everyone I meet. So, make sure you come say hi the next time you see me.” – Samantha Belle (North Bay, Ontario)
