Ice Times for Junior and U18 National Team August Camp Announced

Calgary, AB–The ice times for the August Junior National Team (JNT) and U18 National Teams for the August training camp have been released. This training camp will bring together 22 JNT athletes and 40 U18 athletes in preparation for the 2023 World Ringette Championships.

The camp will commence on August 8, and run until August 14, 2023 at WinSport Arena in Calgary, AB. There will be six training sessions and four exhibition games for supporters of the JNT to drop in and watch. Similarly, there will be 12 training sessions and four exhibition games for the U18 East and West teams. These events are open to the community, and we encourage support of these dynamic athletes.

“This is an exceptionally talented group of athletes gathering in Calgary, and we encourage local ringette athletes and fans to come cheer them on as they prepare for Worlds,” said Ringette Canada’s Sport Director, Shelley Coolidge. “All three teams are excited at the opportunity to wear the maple leaf on home ice, and we know they will give it their all.
