2025 Officiating Program of Excellence Participants Announced
Calgary, AB– Ringette Canada is pleased to announce the participants in this year’s Officiating Program of Excellence, to be held alongside the 2025 U17 La Relève, U18 and JNT camps in Calgary, Alberta from August 3-10.
Reimagined in 2024, this comprehensive program is designed to enhance the leadership and officiating abilities of all participants. Officials will learn from industry experts in nutrition, mental performance, skating, and strength and conditioning. They also participate in various workshop and team-building activities to strengthen their leadership skills.
The week-long camp will culminate in intersquad games for the U17 La Relève development program, U18 and JNT camps.

Ringette Canada is the national body that oversees ringette in Canada. Ringette is a Canadian sport that was invented in 1963 in North Bay, Ontario by Sam Jacks. There are currently over 33,000 athletes on more than 2,200 teams across Canada, with over 1,500 officials and nearly 8,000 coaches. Internationally, it is played in more than half a dozen countries worldwide.
